Job summary

Truist Wealth seeks a Vice President to originate asset-based transactions, partnering with Senior Originators, Underwriting and Portfolio Management across geographies to move deals from origination to close.

The role drives loan growth, demonstrates subject matter expertise, and collaborates across functions to resolve complex issues while mentoring junior teammates and upholding risk/compliance standards.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 5–10 years of ABL experience.
• Subject matter expertise in industry drivers, product positioning, structuring and risk mitigation.
• Experience with an ABL syndication process for left lead and participatory transactions.
• Ability to collaborate across functional areas to resolve complex issues.
• Strong interpersonal skills fostering teamwork, trust, creativity and accountability.
• Clear, concise, insightful communication.

Responsibilities

• Originate and assist senior originators and underwriters with deal qualification, screening, diligence and closing.
• Help drive loan growth through targeted clients and prospects with coverage banking.

Will partner with Senior Originators, Underwriting and Portfolio Management across all geographies to move transactions through the deal lifecycle from origination to close.

Salary

The annual base salary for this position is $150,000 - $180,000. Additional incentive pay is available for this position.

Benefits

All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of Truist offering the position.
