The job:

• Drive strategic business development efforts to expand the firm's transportation practice across Texas, securing high‑value opportunities and strengthening relationships.
• Lead and oversee complex transportation projects, ensuring delivery meets quality, budget, and schedule expectations.
• Maintain and grow trusted client relationships while guiding capture strategies, proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Provide technical oversight and uphold engineering standards across multidisciplinary teams.
• Marketing team provides support.
