Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery training program.
• Board certification in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery.
• Academic accomplishments appropriate for Associate Professor or Professor level.
• Establish an independent research program with extramural funding.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow an independent research program and clinical practice.
• Provide strategic leadership for the Department's research mission.
• Mentor faculty and trainees and foster multidisciplinary collaborations.
• Develop new research initiatives and expand externally funded research.
