Job summary

Wausau Tile LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a hardworking production operator to support the Paving Department. You will operate the Vibro Takeoff line and assist across multiple stations to meet quality standards.

This role emphasizes safety, following technical specifications, and the ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced setting. Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, detail-oriented and able to adapt to rotating tasks across different production centers while

Qualifications

• Experience operating production machinery
• Ability to read and follow blueprints/spec sheets
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Willingness to rotate across work centers as needed

Responsibilities

• Operate Vibro Takeoff line to meet production specs
• Set up machines for daily runs and perform minor troubleshooting
• Maintain clean, safe workstations and follow PPE protocols
• Assist in blasting, sealing, grinding, cutting as needed
• Report equipment concerns and material needs to supervisors
