Job summary

WAUSAU TILE LLC is seeking a hardworking production operator in the paving department. The role involves operating a Vibro Takeoff line and potentially rotating across Blaster, Seal, Grinder, CNC, and other stations to ensure high-quality precast paver output.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and able to follow technical specifications and safety protocols in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and mechanically inclined with ability to follow technical specs.
• Adheres to safety protocols and works well independently or with a team.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment and ready to rotate across stations.

Responsibilities

• Operate one of the Vibro Takeoff lines to meet quality standards.
• Perform inventory transactions using MES and manage paperwork according to specs.
• Set up machines for daily/shift production runs and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Rotate across multiple production work centers (Blaster, Seal, Grinder, CNC, Vibro Takeoff, Saws).
• Monitor production quality and adjust as needed to meet specifications.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized workstations and support other production activities.
