Job summary

United Launch Alliance in Denver seeks a Dynamic Environments engineer to define and verify high-frequency shock, vibration, and acoustic environments for launch vehicle components and ground systems. You will perform vibro-acoustic system and component analyses and support qualifications for Airborne Systems and Development projects, collaborating with a team of engineers to ensure mission readiness.

Ideal candidates have a engineering degree, MATLAB experience, teamwork and time-management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field is required.
• Interest in Dynamic Environments such as shock, acoustics, random vibration or signals analysis.
• Experience with MATLAB.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong time management skills.
• Course work in signals analysis and processing, acoustics, shock or mechanical vibrations is highly desired.
• Course work with Finite Element Modeling (FEM) is highly desired.
• Experience with Linux operating system environment.
