Will not relocate. US citizens need only to apply. Eastern Industrial Automation, Inc. (EIA) is seeking an experienced Vibration Technician to work out of our Bedford, NH branch.

EIA is a well-established Industrial Distributor, Manufacturer and Field Service Company serving tens of thousands of customers throughout the East Coast. We are experiencing rapid growth due to our decentralized, professional, family-oriented culture. We are seeking a team member to perform data collection and field service, supporting our local sales staff and existing customer base.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform vibration data collection, analysis, and timely reporting of machine condition findings.
2. Perform routine and emergent data collection needs for a diverse customer base.
3. Evaluate machinery health and condition of rotating equipment through detailed vibration data analysis.
4. Conduct failure analysis of rotating equipment to identify root causes and recommend solutions.
5. Perform supportive services such as laser alignment, dynamic balancing, and oil analysis.
6. Troubleshoot equipment and instrumentation related to data collection systems.
7. Perform field services such as changing sheaves and belts.
8. Interface with stakeholders to grow business, including specialists in automation, hydraulics, pneumatics, and field services.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience, including ISO category one certification or equivalent, preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in vibration data analysis.
• Knowledge of vibration data and analysis techniques.
• Experience working with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with rotating equipment.
• Experience with machine learning and machinery health assessments is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within local market areas.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States.
