Job summary

Qualifications

• Technical certification in vibration analysis, reliability, maintenance, industrial technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance, reliability, predictive maintenance, or related experience.
• Experience with vibration analysis, condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, or reliability programs.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to supervise, coach, and develop employees.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement solutions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
• Proficiency with computer-based maintenance and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mill's vibration analysis and lubrication programs to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Develop and maintain vibration monitoring routes and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Analyze and interpret vibration data to diagnose conditions and drive reliability improvements.
• Coordinate and monitor lubrication routes, lubricant usage, and best practices.
• Supervise and develop a team of vibration technicians and area lubricators.
• Partner with planning, maintenance, engineering, and operations to prioritize workloads.
• Develop department objectives, training plans, and budget recommendations.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve asset performance and maintenance effectiveness.
• Utilize predictive maintenance technologies and reliability tools to support data-driven decisions.
