Smurfit Westrock is seeking a Reliability Engineer to strategically plan, organize, and execute programs that enhance machinery reliability and ensure optimal performance within the mill. You will oversee reliability initiatives, provide technical direction to maintenance teams, and implement equipment tracking and rebuild strategies.

• 3+ years of reliability experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial or related).
• Strong project management with clear timelines and agendas.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong safety knowledge and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of reliability programs from conception to implementation.
• Provide technical direction and support to maintenance and operating teams.
• Manage equipment tracking and rebuild programs using predictive and preventative maintenance techniques.
• Promote safety and environmental standards and reliability of electrical equipment.
