  • Minimum 3 years of experience

  • Perform routine data collection on machinery using vibration analysis tools.

Job Summary

Vibration Reliability Analyst at a leading industrial company. This role is responsible for collecting, monitoring, and analyzing customer machinery data and evaluating rotating equipment. The position will be based near Wausau, WI. Relocation assistance is available.

Location: Wausau, Wisconsin. Job type: Permanent. Salary: $85,000 - 95,000 per year. Work hours: 8am to 4pm. Education: No Degree Required.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for monitoring and analyzing mechanical vibrations of machinery and equipment to predict maintenance needs
  • Perform routine data collection on machinery using vibration analysis tools
  • Analyze vibration data to identify patterns and anomalies indicative of machine health
  • Provide detailed reports on findings and recommend maintenance actions
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule repairs and preventive maintenance

Requirements
