Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified Vibration Analyst: ISO Category II (Level 2) or III (Level 3) or equivalent.
• Vibration analysis experience on industrial machinery (Rotating equipment is ideal).
• Experience with predictive maintenance technologies.
• Experience working in an industrial environment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze mechanical vibrations of machinery to predict maintenance needs.
• Perform routine data collection on machinery using vibration analysis tools.
• Analyze vibration data to identify patterns and anomalies indicative of machine health.
• Provide detailed reports on findings and recommend maintenance actions.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
