Caltrol is seeking a Vibration Analyst to manage PdM programs and deliver specialized services such as vibration analysis, laser alignment, on-site balancing, and advanced troubleshooting. You will travel across Northern California, Nevada, and Arizona, working from a home office and field sites, collaborating with reliability professionals to improve equipment performance and asset reliability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in industrial maintenance or rotating equipment environments.
• Hands-on experience with vibration analysis, laser alignment, and balancing.
• Ability to travel 70% across CA, NV, and AZ and work from home/field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted reliability partner to improve equipment performance and asset reliability.
• Perform vibration analysis, laser alignment, on-site balancing, and diagnostics.
• Manage and support PdM programs through data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain vibration monitoring databases, alarms, and configurations.
• Mentor junior Machinery Analysts and contribute to team growth.
