Job summary

Caltrol seeks a vibration reliability professional to lead Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs, plan routes, collect and analyze data, and deliver actionable findings. You will diagnose rotating equipment with vibration analysis, laser alignment, on-site balancing, phase analysis, and resonance testing.

You will build and optimize vibration databases, collaborate with customers and teams to elevate reliability, and mentor junior analysts while growing through field experience and training.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Reliability Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in industrial maintenance, machinery diagnostics, reliability, predictive maintenance, or rotating equipment.
• Hands-on with vibration analysis, laser alignment, and balancing; advanced diagnostics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead PdM programs: plan routes, collect data, and deliver actionable findings.
• Diagnose rotating equipment using vibration analysis, laser alignment, on-site balancing, phase analysis, resonance testing, and troubleshooting.
• Build and optimize vibration databases and alarm strategies; collaborate with customers and teams to improve reliability.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to technical excellence of the Reliability Services team.
• Travel and work from home when not on-site, with field visits to customer sites as needed.
