Job summary

Waites is seeking a Vibration Analyst to join a remote analytics team. You will review the health of rotating equipment, deliver customer-focused insights, and develop solutions to prevent downtime. The role requires deep vibration analysis expertise and strong communication in a fast-growing, flexible culture.

Location is remote with a Poland base in the job description, and occasional travel within Europe. Candidates should have 3–5+ years of vibration analysis and a relevant certification.

Qualifications

• ISO 18436 / VCAT Category II or III certification (or equivalent) preferred.
• 3-5+ years of vibration analysis experience preferred.
• Deep understanding of mechanical systems and rotating equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Review and report on the general health of rotating equipment.
• Provide internal and external customer delight through interpersonal skills.
• Use vibration analysis to determine root causes and create customer-oriented solutions.
• Improve equipment reliability and uptime at customer sites.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships founded on trust and reliability.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently with little supervision.
• Shadow, learn, and work alongside a team of Vibration Analysts.
• Travel infrequently to customer facilities as needed.
• Carry out additional responsibilities to support business objectives.
