Job summary

Country Place Senior Living of Greenville is seeking a Full-Time Activity Director to enrich daily life for residents. You will plan, schedule and lead activity programs, coordinate trips, and help with newsletters and special events.

Experience in elder care or activity programming preferred; background check required; strong interpersonal skills and creativity essential; role includes marketing support and collaboration with staff.

Qualifications

• Participates and assists in marketing and staff functions.

Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules and conducts activity programs for residents.
• Plans and schedules trips and outside activities; arranges for transportation and supervision.
• Assists in developing and printing a newsletter that includes articles of past and future activities.
• Assists in planning appropriate programs for holidays and special events.
• Meets with each resident upon move-in to introduce the activities program.
