Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Support Restaurant Manager and F&B leadership with daily needs.
• Coordinate opening, operating, and closing procedures.
• Monitor reservations, seating flow, and guest wait times.
• Maintain cleanliness and guest-ready restaurant spaces.
• Monitor service quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Coach and train team on standards, menu knowledge, and POS procedures.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing based on business levels.
