Job summary

Celebrity Cruises is seeking an Activity Host to energize daytime entertainment and evening events on our ships. As MC, you will motivate, inform and entertain guests across large and small groups, while maintaining a highly visible, engaging presence throughout the cruise.

You will collaborate with the Activity Manager and DJ as part of the Entertainment Experience, delivering a polished, brand-aligned guest experience aboard our vessels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Theater, Arts, Recreation, Leisure Studies, Public Relations, Communication or related field from an accredited university or college or the international equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in an upscale hotel, resort, theme park or cruise ship. (shipboard experience preferred).
• One to two years Master of Ceremonies or professional entertainment (theater, music, dance, comedy, etc.) experience with upscale hotel, resort, theme park or cruise ships preferred.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, inform and entertain small and large groups of guests throughout their cruise vacation.
• Establish a highly visible and engaging presence through socializing and hosting daytime and evening entertainment.
