Job summary

Disney Cruise Line is seeking a Cruise Staff team member to support Entertainment Hosts, assist with emceeing events, and engage guests across shipboard activities. You will participate in deck parties, game shows, trivia, and island excursions while maintaining high energy and safety standards.

You will report to the Entertainment Manager and contribute to a welcoming, memorable guest experience in a shipboard environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in entertainment/resort or related field.
• Experience hosting, stage performance, and speaking on a microphone.

Responsibilities

• Set up/clean up and facilitate entertainment for adult/family audiences.
• Act as assistant emcee and energize events on deck and in venues.
• Support Entertainment Hosts and engage guests of all ages.
• Perform meet-and-greet in lobby/atrium and assist guests needing help.
• Learn scripted material and choreography, and assist with show stops if needed.
• Handle selling bingo cards and up-selling opportunities.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain guest flow onboard.
