Job summary

Disney Cruise Line is seeking a Cruise Staff member to assist as an emcee and support Entertainment Hosts across shipboard events for adults and families. You will help run deck parties, games, trivia, and port adventures while ensuring guest engagement and safety.

Requirements include at least one year in entertainment or related field, hosting and public speaking on a microphone, and strong presentation skills. A background in coordinating performances and guest services is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in an entertainment, resort/recreation, or related field.
• Minimum one year experience hosting, stage experience and public speaking on a microphone.
• Exceptional presentation, communication and organizational skills.
• Relates well to audiences of all ages and demographics with engaging performance.
• Strong microphone skills, teamwork and guest satisfaction focus.

Responsibilities

• Set up/clean up and facilitate entertainment for adult and/or family audiences.
• Assist emcee for onboard events across venues with energetic stage presence.
