Life Time Inc. seeks a Group Fitness Instructor to deliver diverse, engaging classes that promote fitness and positive self-esteem in a safe environment. You will educate participants on proper form, motivate members, and promote Life Time programs and services. The role requires building relationships and achieving attendance goals.

As part of Life Time, you will instruct a variety of formats and maintain a high-energy environment, ensuring accessibility and safety for all members.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as a fitness instructor.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Must hold NASM, ACE, AFAA, or AEA group exercise cert.
• Ability to perform aerobic activity for class duration.
• Ability to lift 50–100 pounds.
• Stand, walk, climb, balance, run as part of class.

Responsibilities

• Develops positive relationships with class participants by teaching a variety of challenging and entertaining classes.
• Educates class participants on correct form and alternate moves during the fitness routine.
• Attentively listens to members, answer questions, and engage in conversation before and after classes.
• Cleans and organizes studio space after each class.
• Provides current music for each class that entertains and motivates while ensuring appropriate language.
• Promotes Life Time promotions, programs, products, and services while encouraging participation for the Classes at Life Time.
