Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to lead a variety of group fitness formats in a vibrant gym setting. You will build relationships with members, promote Life Time programs, and ensure high-quality class experiences that motivate participants.

Responsibilities include teaching diverse formats, ensuring proper form, maintaining a safe studio, and supporting a welcoming, energetic studio environment for members across all fitness levels.

Qualifications

• CPR/AED Certification required.
• 1+ year of fitness instructor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops positive relationships with class participants by teaching a variety of challenging and entertaining classes.
• Educates class participants on correct form and alternative moves during the fitness routine.
• Attentively listens to members, answers questions, and engages in conversation before and after classes.
• Cleans and organizes the studio space after each class.
• Provides current music that entertains and motivates while ensuring appropriate language.
• Promotes Life Time promotions, programs, products, and services to encourage participation in Life Time classes.
