Responsibilities include stocking, serving, inventory control, and assisting with seasonal cocktail development, while ensuring compliance with state liquor laws. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 months of related experience, with English proficiency and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Fluent English speaking/writing; ability to communicate with guests and team.
• Knowledge of wine/spirits/beer is a plus; ability to follow recipes and menus.

Responsibilities

• Stock bar, prepare and serve alcoholic beverages.
• Assist in inventory control and cost monitoring.
• Develop seasonal cocktails and assist in menu creation.
• Manage social media content schedule for the department.
• Operate POS system and process guest transactions.
• Open/close duties including cash handling and cleaning.
• Serve catered events and occasional meals to guests.
