Job summary

Palmera at Wellen Park is seeking a Bartender to join our team. The role involves making and serving beverages with hospitality and professionalism, and creating memorable guest experiences in a vibrant social atmosphere.

You will stock the bar, assist in menu development, manage inventory, and use POS systems. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 months related experience, and compliance with liquor laws. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Experience with restaurant POS systems (e.g. POSITOUCH, MICROS).
• ServSafe Certified (Food & Alcohol) or TIPS equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Stock bar, mix and serve alcoholic beverages, assist in cost control and inventory.
• Assist in creation of seasonal cocktails and menu development.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure supplies are available.
• Operate Point of Sale System and handle cash transactions.
• Open and close duties including inventory, cleaning, and restocking.
