Copper River Grill in Georgetown, SC is seeking a friendly Bartender to be the face of the bar, craft premium beverages, and provide attentive service to guests and dining room staff. You will welcome guests, take orders, and ensure a smooth, lively bar environment.

The role requires knowledge of POS systems, upselling, cash handling, and strict safety and sanitation. Ideal candidates bring high-volume experience, excellent multitasking, and passion for hospitality.

Formación

• Experience in bartending and restaurant settings.
• Familiarity with Focus/Aloha/Micros POS systems.
• Strong customer service and welcoming demeanor.
• Excellent time management during busy hours.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
• Extensive wine, spirits, cocktail knowledge and upselling.

Responsabilidades

• Greet bar guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, offering recommendations when appropriate.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Focus, Aloha, or Micros.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
• Upsell menu items like signature cocktails, premium wines, craft beers, or desserts to enhance guest satisfaction and sales.
• Recipe adherence for all craft cocktails, mixes, and garnishes to ensure consistency.
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately, handling cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Ensure proper food handling, alcohol sanitation, and safety procedures are always followed, including checking guest IDs.
• Assist with stocking ice, prepping garnishes, washing glassware, and maintaining cleanliness in the bar area to support smooth operations.
