Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender or barback.
• Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
• Certifications as required by Federal, State, or Local agencies.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, courteous and attentive manner.
• Serve food and drinks using suggestive selling techniques.
• Know and comply with food handling and liquor laws.
• Ring drink orders into computer, collect money from guests and prepare garnishments.
• Be able to operate Micros POS and manage cash handling and end-of-shift drop.
• Perform bar setup, opening/closing procedures, and restock inventory.
• Escalate guest complaints to supervisor when needed.
