Job summary

Premier Court is a modern care home in Bishop's Stortford, part of Bupa. We are seeking a Lifestyle and Wellbeing Coordinator to create a vibrant activity calendar, run sessions, and engage residents with crafts, baking, book clubs, and quizzes.

You'll work with care teams, manage budgets, handle paperwork, and coordinate external entertainers, while supporting residents' wellbeing and social media presence as required.

Qualifications

• You're a creative thinker with plenty of ideas, who can also manage budgets and maintain paperwork.
• Interested in caring for others, sharing your sense of humour and spreading your infectious enthusiasm for making people's lives better.

Responsibilities

• Running morning and afternoon activity sessions.
• Producing and updating an activity planner for the home, working to a set activities budget
• Organising birthday surprises for our residents
• Liaising with external companies and performers from the local community to organise days out/events at the home
• Organising one to ones with our residents, this might involve reminiscing tools, puzzles, reading or just a cup of tea and a chat
• Supporting the home with their social media channels as required
