The role emphasizes communication with residents, families, coworkers, and partners, plus contributing to monthly calendars and care plans. Prior experience in long-term care is a plus, and scheduling may include weekends.

Formación

• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow procedures/instructions.
• Basic math skills including fractions, percentages, or ratios.
• Experience in long-term care is a plus but not required.
• Ability to read written instructions and follow verbal directions.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and lead individual, small-group, and large-group activities for residents.
• Maintain strong communication with residents, families, coworkers, and partners.
• Contribute ideas to the monthly activity calendar and track attendance.
• Support quality improvement efforts with the Activities Director.
