Job summary

Elanco is hiring an Operator – Fill/Finish Packaging for a 12-hour day shift in Kansas. You will handle vial filling and cartoning, ensure packaging demand is met, and work with cross-functional teams to maintain quality and safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent with basic computer skills; preferred candidates may have biomanufacturing training and GMP experience. Bit by bit, you’ll contribute to reliable manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and ability to read and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Execute Primary (vial filling) and Secondary (cartoning) packaging operations for Monoclonal Antibody production.
• Assemble, prepare, turnover, and maintain manufacturing equipment.
• Uphold GMP manufacturing standards with quality driven performance, documentation, housekeeping, and staging.
• Perform aseptic manipulations and demonstrate knowledge of aseptic technique.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold manufacturing, quality, and safety core principles.
