You’ll respond to breakdowns, perform on-site repairs, and conduct preventive maintenance to boost reliability. Reading electrical/mechanical drawings, working from P&IDs and schematics, and a safety-first approach are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience with VFDs from multiple manufacturers.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Comfort reading electrical/mechanical drawings, safety rules, and manuals.
• OSHA 30 and SST credentials.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Plus: experience with gas detection systems and humidifiers.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, start up, commission, and verify proper function of VFDs across brands.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform on-site repairs.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to improve reliability.
• Collaborate with management to optimize service delivery and cost control.
• Maintain safety and document progress, issues, and resolutions.
