Job summary

Mars Incorporated, owner of Royal Canin, is seeking a Veterinary District Sales Manager to drive the Vet BU strategy across a Miami, FL territory. This field-based role requires you to locate clinic opportunities and deliver data-driven sales plans.

You will build relationships with clinic decision-makers, translate product knowledge into business value, and collaborate across account teams, digital sales, and science affairs to achieve KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years sales experience, preferably B2B.
• Veterinary clinic experience preferred.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Driver's license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel 20-30%+ and overnight.

Responsibilities

• Translate knowledge of products, categories, customers, and data into business opportunities.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan by understanding clinic needs to grow clinics.
• Establish and grow relationships with clinic decision-makers within territory.
• Develop and deliver data-driven presentations addressing veterinary staff needs.
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across BU and organization.
• Build partnerships and collaborate with others to meet objectives.
• Execute Veterinary BU sales strategy effectively.
• Work in a cross-functional team-based environment.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with Line Manager and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Manage budget and reporting: expenses, CRM calls, and presentations accurately.
