Responsibilities

• Assisting veterinarians in surgery and in exam rooms.
• Performing dental cleanings.
• Assisting with all surgical procedures.
• Placing IV catheters.
• Taking digital radiographs.
• Performing diagnostic tests including in-house labs.
• Collecting blood samples.
• Filling prescriptions.
• Communicating directly with clients via phone, text, and in person.
• Answering a multi-line phone system.
• Scheduling appointments and/or surgical procedures.
• Greeting clients and patients in person and over the phone.
• Checking patients in/out for surgical procedures.
