Animal Medical Center of McKinney is seeking an experienced Veterinary Technician to join our collaborative team. This full-time role works in surgery and treatment rooms, supporting anesthesia, nursing care, and medical records, while delivering outstanding client communication.

Qualifications

• Active Veterinary Technician with clinical experience in surgery and treatment areas.
• Strong anesthesia induction, monitoring, and recovery skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians during exams, treatments, surgeries, and other procedures.
• Provide nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Prepare patients, surgical suites, instruments, and equipment for procedures.
• Assist with anesthesia induction, monitoring, recovery, and documentation.
• Monitor patient vital signs and communicate changes to the veterinarian.
• Obtain high-quality diagnostic radiographs and assist with in-house lab work.
