- A calm and efficient approach, especially in fast-paced or stressful situations.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for working collaboratively.
- One year of experience in the veterinary industry is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including administering treatments, monitoring anesthesia, and performing lab work.
- Lead and mentor the medical team, ensuring an efficient workflow while mentoring others to help their skills grow.
- Partner with clients by educating them on treatments, reviewing medical records, and confidently answering questions.
- Contribute to a positive hospital culture by training, giving feedback, and maintaining high standards.
