BluePearl Pet Hospital in Northfield, IL is looking for a Veterinary Technician Supervisor with passion and the ability to help motivate, engage, and train a team of veterinary professionals.

Pay Range

$26.00 - $47.00/hour (dependent on local veterinary licensing, experience, and advancement through our competency assessment tool.)

As a Veterinary Technician Supervisor, you will…

• Serve as a mentor to lower-level staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills and business knowledge.
• Coach team members to be continuously aware and proactive at anticipating and addressing patient and client needs and to seek assistance with escalated, stressful situations.
• Works with hospital leadership to organize tech and assistant meetings.
• Organize training schedules for Technician staff.
• Identify conflicts in the workplace and seek assistance in resolution.
• Provide feedback to leadership and works to develop performance improvement plans.
• Other related duties as assigned.
