BluePearl Pet Hospital in Spring, TX is looking for an experienced Overnight Veterinary Technician Supervisor to join our team of veterinary professionals.

Position: Veterinary Technician Supervisor

Schedule: Overnight; weekend availability required.

Compensation: Competitive shift differentials to earn more with our shift differentials.

Responsibilities:

1. Serve as a mentor to lower-level staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills, and business knowledge.
2. Coach team members to proactively address patient and client needs and seek assistance with escalated, stressful situations.
3. Collaborate with hospital leadership to organize technician and assistant meetings.
4. Organize training schedules for technician staff.
5. Identify conflicts in the workplace and seek assistance in resolution.
6. Provide feedback to leadership and develop performance improvement plans.
7. Perform other related duties as assigned.
