Qualifications:

• 3+ years as an RVT in a specialty hospital
• Proven specialty/emergency RVT skills
• Experience in swing and night shifts as a supervisor

Supervisory duties include:

• Team training, development, and support
• Implementing department policies and procedures
• Scheduling staff and conducting team meetings
• Handling and recording controlled drugs accurately
• Record keeping
• Marketing
• Facility maintenance
• HR-related conversations
