VCA Plymouth is seeking a talented Credentialed Veterinary Technician to join and lead as a Technician Supervisor full-time. Our AAHA-accredited, 5-doctor, general practice is located in historic Plymouth, MA. As part of the VCA team, you will support Technician and Doctor teams by creating a positive, low-stress environment for clients and patients. Your goal is to earn the confidence of pet parents through outstanding client service, enabling us to deliver exceptional patient care. We value your credentials (CVT, RVT, LVT) and the knowledge you've invested. Your skills will include, but are not limited to:

  • Physical exams and patient assessments
  • Anesthesia monitoring

  • Assisting with staffing and coverage
  • Training in protocols and procedures
  • Providing hands-on experience opportunities
  • Mentoring technicians
  • Collaborating with doctors to improve protocols
  • Ensuring policy adherence

The salary range for this position is $28 - $32/hour, depending on experience.
