VCA Ark Animal Hospital is seeking a Certified Veterinary Technician to join our leadership team as a Technician Supervisor. You will mentor staff, schedule shifts, and help drive a positive hospital culture while working closely with our Medical Director and Hospital Manager.

VCA Ark Animal Hospital is looking to add a Certified Veterinary Technician to our leadership team as a Technician Supervisor.

Compensation : $26 - 30/hr and the pay range is determined by skill set and years of experience in the field. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available to eligible new hires. Terms and conditions apply.

Duties (in addition to all Veterinary Technician responsibilities)

• Implementing department policies and procedures.
• Scheduling staff and conducting team meetings.
• Accurately handling and recording controlled drugs.
• Interviewing, training and mentoring new and existing staff.
• Delivering employee performance feedback.
• Monitoring day-to-day activities and engaging with support staff.
