Job summary

Ethos Veterinary Health's Pet+ER in Hunt Valley, MD is seeking an Overnight Emergency Veterinary Technician. You will provide advanced nursing care for surgical and hospitalized patients, under supervision of Emergency Clinicians and specialists, on a four 10-hour night schedule.

You bring 2–3 years in emergency or specialty settings, a CVT/RVT/LVT is preferred, and strong skills in phlebotomy, radiography, anesthesia monitoring, and lab work. Enjoy mentorship and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two to three years of veterinary experience in a specialty or emergency hospital.
• CVT/RVT/LVT credential preferred but not required.
• Strong technical skills including phlebotomy, IV catheter placement, radiography, anesthesia monitoring, laboratory procedures, and patient care.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced overnight emergency environment.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver overnight nursing care for surgical and hospitalized patients.

Veterinary Technician, Overnight Emergency (ER)

$28–30/hour + Sign‑On Bonus + 10% Overnight Shift Differential
Full‑time opportunity in Hunt Valley, Maryland
Schedule: Four 10‑hour overnight shifts (Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday), 7:00 PM–5:00 AM. No weekends. Schedule subject to change. Training will take place on day shift for approximately 4–6 weeks.

In your day‑to‑day, you will:

What You Bring
