Job summary

Valley Veterinary Emergency & Referral Center is a 24/7 emergency veterinary hospital located in Winchester, VA, seeking experienced Veterinary Technicians (CVT/RVT/LVT) to join our team. The role offers 3x12s with overnight shifts and a competitive hourly rate of $30–$35 plus a $3,500 sign-on bonus.

You will triage emergency patients, assist DVMs, perform lab tests, support imaging and anesthesia, and deliver compassionate care to high‑acuity cases.

Qualifications

• Certified, registered, or licensed veterinary technician required.
• Emergency/critical care experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced ER/CC setting.

Responsibilities

Valley Veterinary Emergency & Referral Center is a 24/7 award-winning veterinary hospital seeking experienced Licensed Veterinary Technicians. Our center is a newly renovated, 13,000+ square foot facility with dedicated staff and state-of-the-art equipment (like digital radiography and endoscopy) to offer the highest level of emergency and critical care.

Veterinary Technician (ER/CC) – CVT/RVT/LVT | $30- $35/hr | $3,500 sign- on bonus

Location: Winchester, VA

Full-Time | 3x12s | Overnight shift 7pm - 7am

$30- 35/hr | $3,500 sign- on bonus | 10% - 15% shift differential

Schedule

• Three 12-hour shifts

• Weekends and holidays as needed
