Eye Care for Animals is seeking a Part-time Veterinary Technician to join our team in Salt Lake City, UT. Practice hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, three days a week. No weekend hours.

• Previous veterinary technician experience required.
• Proficient in IV catheter placement, blood work, and administering IV, IM, and SQ injections.
• Proficient in monitoring anesthesia and operating monitoring equipment.
• Team player, eager to learn, and self-motivated.
• Enjoys a challenging, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task with a positive attitude.

Job Overview: The Veterinary Technician handles customer service and patient care tasks, including animal handling, pre- and post-operative care, creating financial estimates, entering service charges, extensive client interaction, and medication preparation.
