Join Our Team as a Veterinary Assistant / CSR

We’re looking for a friendly, high-energy, organized Veterinary Assistant / CSR to join our squad. You’ll play a huge role in leveling up patient care while building real connections with clients (and yes… you’ll get paid to hang out with adorable pets all day).

This is a dual role- for veterinary assistance / technician and client service representative.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the go-to for client communication and education—breaking things down in a way that actually makes sense
• Carry out doctor-recommended treatment plans and help keep patients on track
• Safely restrain and handle pets during exams and treatments (keeping them comfy and stress-free)
• Assist with exams, procedures, and surgeries—from prep to recovery
• Monitor patient vitals and report updates to the doctor/team
• Prep exam rooms, clean/sterilize equipment, and keep everything looking sharp
• Help with lab work (running tests, collecting samples, etc.)
• Support pharmacy tasks like filling medications and explaining how to use them
• Jump in wherever needed—appointments, check‑ins, discharges—you name it
• Work side‑by‑side with your team to deliver consistent, top‑tier patient care
• Keep things positive, calm, and supportive—even when it’s busy (because it will get busy)
