ACCESS LA in Culver City is seeking a Veterinary Technician – Neurology to support veterinarians, advocate for pets, and educate clients. You will assist with MRI/CT, EEGs, anesthesia monitoring, and maintain medical records in a fast-paced, specialty hospital.

We offer a strong bonus program up to $10,000 and sign-on bonuses up to $5,000, plus comprehensive benefits, CE opportunities, and career growth toward AVMA-CVTEA credentials. Schedule: Sun-Wed, 8:00 am–6:30 pm.

Qualifications

• Must understand anesthesia protocols including pre-anesthetic assessments, drug dosages, and post anesthesia care.
• Proficiency in monitoring equipment, administering anesthesia, and responding to anesthesia emergencies.
• Attention to detail and maintaining precise patient records.

Responsibilities

Located in Culver City, ACCESS LA is a referral hospital with 24hour Emergency services, where our technicians encounter all types of cases when working closely with some of the most qualified doctors in the country. Role Responsibilities

• Support veterinarians to ensure quality veterinary care, advocate for pets, and educate clients.
• With each hospital function, assist veterinarians and the medical team to maximize productivity and maintain positive patient flow.
• Assist with MRI's, CT scans, spinal taps and EEG's
• Communicate with clients about individualized pet health concerns and offer guidance on Thrive Membership options, medications, and additional treatments.
• Assist in maintaining relevant, comprehensive medical records with the support of practice systems.
• Obtain relevant health history and information from clients and maintain medical charts.
• Use safe restraining techniques, follow standard protocols, and sustain clean, sterile, organized treatment areas, exam rooms, and labs.
• Be willing to guide, mentor, and support fellow team members.

Experience & Skills Requirements

Compensation

Non Credentialed Assistants$21/hr - $36/hr

Licensed Technicians-$26/hr - $42/hr

VTS- $43/hr - $45/hr
