BluePearl Pet Hospital in Malvern, PA is looking for a Veterinary Technician Manager with passion and the ability to help motivate, engage, and train a team of veterinary professionals.

This role offers a pay range of $35.00 - $55.00 per hour, with additional shift differentials for eligible night and weekend hours. We provide a dynamic work environment, opportunities for career development, and a focus on premier patient care and customer service.

Formación

• The ideal candidate will be excellent at training and mentoring.
• They will have advanced veterinary skills.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate highly advanced proficiency as a Veterinary Technician or Advanced Patient Care Associate.
• Create effective working relationships with hospital leadership to ensure standards of care are understood and delivered.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert and resource to Technicians and Assistants regarding daily operations, patient care, and skill development.
• Serve as a mentor to staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills and business knowledge.
• Identify conflicts in the workplace and seek resolution to create strong working relationships.
• Coach staff to create a culture of strong performance and high productivity.
• Clearly communicate with team members to ensure understanding of new ideas, changes in protocol, and policies.
• Build positive relationships across the hospital and administration to facilitate teamwork.
• Implement process improvement initiatives.
• Work with the Technician Training Manager to schedule ongoing training.
• Document performance-related issues, assess team members during annual reviews, and provide recommendations to hospital leadership.
