Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing team and ensure standards of care are understood and taught.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert for technicians and assistants.
• Partner with supervisors to train nursing staff and improve outcomes.
• Lead day-to-day operations of the nursing team with hospital leadership.
• Mentor staff and manage performance discussions.
• Identify conflicts and support resolutions to maintain teamwork.
• Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with protocols.
