Ocean State Veterinary Specialists in East Greenwich, RI is seeking a Veterinary Technician Manager for the 2nd shift to lead our evening team and uphold the highest standards of patient care.

This role emphasizes mentoring, daily operations oversight, and hands-on support. You will train new staff, conduct reviews, refine policies, and partner with leadership to maintain an exceptional hospital culture. On-site only.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a veterinary technician.
• Credentialed technician preferred.
• Leadership or management experience is highly desirable.
• Availability for 2nd shift, one weekend shift per week, and some holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For
