University Place Veterinary Hospital is hiring a Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our team. This full-time role offers a 4 x 10-hour schedule with weekends off, and a competitive hourly rate ($28–$32).

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective patient handling and restraint.

• Obtain diagnostics, including radiographs, phlebotomy, sample collection, and in-house lab work.
• Communicate professionally with clients and staff.

We schedule 30-minute appointments, each doctor has an assigned skilled assistant and/or technician for the day, and our phones are turned off while the doors are locked so the entire team can enjoy lunch onsite or offsite. We also build in additional catch-up time before appointments resume, making it normal to leave on time at the end of the day.

What You’ll Do
