Kindness Animal Hospital is seeking a compassionate Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our dedicated team on a full-time, Monday through Friday schedule with no nights or weekend shifts. You will provide exceptional patient care, assist with preventive medicine, monitor anesthesia, collect samples, perform in-house diagnostics, and maintain precise records.

Qualifications

• Licensed Veterinary Technician required to practice in Maryland.
• Strong skills in animal handling, vaccines, anesthesia and diagnostics.
• Ability to document care clearly and communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective patient handling and restraint.
• Support preventive care and vaccine appointments.
• Monitor patients under anesthesia.
• Perform phlebotomy and collect diagnostic samples.
• Perform in-house laboratory testing.
• Communicate professionally with clients and staff.
• Document patient records and client interactions clearly.
• Collaborate with veterinarians and team members to deliver care.
