Job description

Position Details
  • Role: Licensed Veterinary Technician
  • Status: Part-time
  • Salary: $20 – $25 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 8 AM – 6 PM
Responsibilities
  • Assist veterinarians during exams, treatments, and procedures.
  • Obtain patient histories, vitals, and assist with patient assessments.
  • Provide compassionate nursing care from intake through discharge.
  • Perform venipuncture, catheter placement, and sample collection.
  • Assist with radiographs and in-house lab diagnostics.
  • Monitor anesthesia and patient vitals during procedures.
  • Educate clients on medications, treatments, and preventative care.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and patient documentation.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain an efficient clinic workflow.
Qualifications
  • Washington State Licensed Veterinary Technician (required).
