Job summary

Tieton Drive Animal Clinic in Yakima, Washington is seeking a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) to join our collaborative, fast-paced team. Whether you're newly licensed or experienced, we value curiosity, work ethic and patient care.

You'll partner with doctors on treatments, education, discharges, and anesthesia, dentistry, and surgical support. The schedule is full-time, four 10-hour shifts per week, with one weekday off and rotating weekends; compensation ranges from $22 to $36 per hour,

Qualifications

  • Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) in Washington or eligible for licensure.

Responsibilities

Tieton Drive Animal Clinic is looking for a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) to join our collaborative, fast-paced team in beautiful Yakima, Washington. Whether you're a newly licensed technician eager to learn or an experienced LVT looking for a hospital where your skills are valued, we'd love to meet you.

We practice efficient, team-based medicine where veterinary assistants help prepare appointments, doctors focus on diagnosing and treating patients, and technicians take the lead on treatments, client education, discharges, follow-up calls, anesthesia, dentistry, and surgical support.

Schedule
  • Full-time with flexible schedule
  • 4x10-hour shifts each week
  • One weekday off each week
  • Weekend rotation approximately once per month to care for hospitalized and medical boarding patients

Compensation: $22.00–$36.00 per hour, depending on experience and credentials.
